It’s an honor to add the Cornell University Library system to the growing list of Ivy League Universities that have acquired the Vanishing Cuba book. Cornell University Library is at the center of Cornell’s vibrant intellectual life. Students and faculty agree: The Library is important to their academic success.
What another honor to know that my Vanishing Cuba book can be found in the majestic Old Library at Trinity College Dublin, where some of Ireland’s most ancient and valuable books are stored.
I was excited to hear that BAYLOR UNIVERSITY, a private Baptist Christian research university in Waco, Texas, had ordered the RESERVE EDITION of my VANISHING CUBA book for their reference library collection. Established in 1845, Baylor is the oldest continuously operating university in Texas and one of the first educational institutions west of the Mississippi River in the United States.
In the spring on 2022, the UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH – Hillman Library ordered a signed copy of the VANISHING CUBA Silver Edition. Two months later, the curator for the Special Collections department ordered the Reserve Edition.
